Our Services

Blow Moulding
Our primary production means covers PVC and HDPE bottles. Our blow moulding process focuses on producing bottles for the pharmaceutical, automotive and chemical industry.
Injection Moulding
This is the manufacturing process that produces our caps and some of our more complex moulds. It uses both thermoplastic and thermosetting plastic materials.
IML (In Mould Labelling)
A unique selling point, B&I offers our customers the ability to insert a label into the plastic of the bottle itself, creating a unique, quality product. Contact sales@bandipoly.co.za for more information.
Printing
B&I offers on-site bottle printing in the form of Lux Print. We offer pad printing, screen printing and more for customers who prefer to receive a finished product.

About Us

B & I Polycontainers (Pty) Ltd has provided the pharmaceutical, automotive, cosmetic and chemical industries with professional plastics packaging since 1999. The company's material spectrum includes PVC, HDPE, PP and PET plastics, and comes in a range of capacities, from 30ml jars all the way up to 5 litre jerry cans.
